Framed in a 44 mm 18‑carat rose gold case approximately 11.33 mm thick, the bezel is lavishly set with 38 baguette-cut diamonds totalling approximately 4.27 carats, while the rose gold clasp adds another 22 baguette diamonds totalling approximately 1.13 carats. The dial is composed of three superimposed sapphire crystal discs - one for the black sky background, one for the stars and Sirius, and another for the moon’s phases and orbit - which rotate to accurately depict the night sky as seen from the northern hemisphere. A central hand with a crescent moon tip indicates the date around the dial perimeter. Skeletonized white gold leaf-shaped hands display mean solar time while rose gold markers and the celestial motif create a poetic and harmonious composition.

At its core is the self-winding Caliber 240 LU CL C, a finely finished movement with a 22K rose gold mini rotor, running at 3 Hz with 315 components and 45 jewels.
