The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona ref. 126506 in 950 platinum pairs the collection’s signature ice blue dial, a colour Rolex reserves for its platinum models, with a chestnut brown monobloc Cerachrom bezel. This version, m126506-0002, is set with eight baguette cut diamond hour markers along with three diamond set markers at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock, framed by chestnut brown counter rings that echo the bezel. The 40mm Oyster case features a Triplock screw down crown and is water resistant to 100 metres, while the ceramic bezel carries a moulded tachymetric scale with numerals and graduations coated in platinum by PVD for sharp legibility. Hands and hour markers use Rolex’s Chromalight display for long lasting blue luminescence.

Powering the watch is the manufacture calibre 4131, a self winding mechanical chronograph with a power reserve of approximately 72 hours, visible through the transparent case back.
