Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 126506 Platinum Ice Blue Arabic Dial
The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Platinum, reference 126506, is fitted with an ice blue dial and Arabic numerals rather than the more common baton markers. Crafted in 950 platinum, it is the only metal within the current Daytona line paired with a chocolate brown Cerachrom bezel, the naturally cool, dense tone of the case setting off that contrast. The three chronograph counters sit in matching ice blue with a fine snailed finish, keeping the dial cohesive against the added texture of the numerals.
Inside is the calibre 4131, Rolex's self winding chronograph movement, offering a 72 hour power reserve and Superlative Chronometer certification. The case measures 40mm, fitted to the platinum Oyster bracelet with an Oysterlock safety clasp. As with all platinum Rolex pieces, a tiny seahorse symbol is engraved at six o'clock on the dial, marking the metal used.
