The Patek Philippe 5961R-010 combines its iconic flyback chronograph and patented annual calendar in a refined, gem-set wristwatch. The 40.5 mm rose gold case features a fully polished finish and a bezel lined with 36 baguette-cut diamonds, totalling 3.66 carats. The opaline ebony-black dial presents calendar indications in a curved arc, complemented by a large monocounter at 6 o’clock that combines both 60-minute and 12-hour chronograph counters. Applied rose gold hour markers also feature baguette diamonds, while leaf-shaped rose gold hands with luminescent coating ensure excellent legibility.

Powering the watch is the self-winding calibre CH 28 520 IRM QA 24H, which integrates the flyback chronograph, annual calendar with day, date and month apertures, power-reserve indicator, and day/night display. This 456-part movement operates at 4 Hz, with around 45 to 55 hours of power reserve, includes a central 21K gold winding rotor, Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring, and bears the Patek Philippe Seal. The strap is matte black alligator leather with square scales, fastened by a rose gold fold-over clasp set with diamond baguettes, completing this luxurious blend of precision and haute joaillerie.
