The Omega Speedmaster Anniversary Series “Silver Snoopy Award” (Ref. 310.32.42.50.02.001) is a 42 mm stainless steel chronograph that pays tribute to NASA’s Silver Snoopy Award, given to Omega in 1970 for its contributions to space exploration. Its silver dial is accented by blue PVD hour markers and hands, with a charming Snoopy medallion at 9 o’clock. Framed by a blue ceramic bezel with a white enamel tachymeter scale, the watch balances playful storytelling with Omega’s legacy of precision and reliability. The overall look is completed with a coated nylon fabric strap lined with calf leather, enhancing comfort while maintaining a sporty character.
Inside, it houses the manual-winding Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861, a METAS-certified movement offering a 50-hour power reserve and exceptional magnetic resistance. The caseback brings the story to life with an animated Snoopy in a command and service module, orbiting the far side of the moon each time the chronograph is engaged. Water-resistant to 50 metres, the watch captures the adventurous spirit of the Speedmaster Moonwatch, blending technical mastery with a whimsical celebration of space history.
