The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph 26240CE.OO.1225CE.02 is executed entirely in black ceramic, measuring 41mm in diameter with a thickness of 12.4mm. The octagonal case, bezel, bracelet, pushpieces and screw-locked crown are all crafted from the material, prized for its scratch resistance and light weight, while a glareproof sapphire crystal covers the black "Grande Tapisserie" dial. Pink gold applied hour markers and luminescent Royal Oak hands provide contrast and legibility against the monochrome finish, with black counters completing the layout. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres.
The watch is powered by the automatic Calibre 4401, a fully integrated column-wheel chronograph movement offering a 70-hour power reserve, hours, minutes, small seconds and date.
